hI, i’M cHRISTINA, GP and menopause practitioner

I’m a GP with specialist knowledge in women’s health, and a woman who has navigated perimenopause myself. I provide a safe, supportive space for women who feel exhausted, out of sync, and no longer quite like themselves.

I help perimenopausal and menopausal women restore their energy, regulate their appetite, and regain mental clarity using medical insight, practical nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle strategies.

No fads. No overwhelm. Just evidence-based guidance and personalised support so you can feel confident, and like you again.

My philosophy

Women deserve to feel listened to, to receive evidence-based care, and to understand what’s happening in their bodies.

That understanding gives you the confidence to make choices that support both your present and future health.

HRT can be an important part of that picture for some women, but lifestyle strategies are essential, whether you’re on HRT or not.

MY STORY

My perimenopause journey started earlier than I expected, and it caught me off guard.

I missed the early signs, and over time it built into burnout. I felt disconnected from myself, like my body had changed without warning, and I had to slowly find my way back.

Recovery wasn’t quick or linear. It started with small, deliberate changes. Gradually, I began to rebuild my energy and feel more like myself again.

Along the way, I discovered how powerful nutrition could be. What I ate, and when I ate, had a significant impact on my energy, mood and focus. I experimented, adjusted, and learned what actually worked in real life.

That experience shaped everything I do now.

I went on to train as a Nutrition Advisor and became a BMS-accredited Menopause Practitioner, so I could combine clinical knowledge with lived experience and offer women the kind of support I wish I’d had.

Because being a GP, for me, has never just been about treating symptoms. There is always a story behind how someone feels, and that deserves to be heard.

As a doctor and a mum, I also understand how easy it is to put yourself last while juggling work, family, and everything else life asks of you.

You don’t have to keep feeling this way.

If your energy feels low, your appetite unpredictable, and you’re not quite yourself, we can make sense of it together and create a clear way forward.
